Job descriptionMBA / CA or equivalent with 6-10 years' experience in lending / insurance / fintech / banking. Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution. Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Exposure to digital-first / fintech environments preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive strategy, P&L, Business and Growth.
- Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and Lending Institutions.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale new lending & insurance products.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
