Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Services

Job descriptionDevelop strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and partnerships. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and pain points. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and scope of work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare customized, well-structured, and persuasive proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by capturing all key details and expectations. Coordinate with the execution / delivery team to hand over projects with complete clarity. Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams during the transition phase. Proven experience 6 years in Business Development / sales within the Digital Marketing industry. Strong understanding of services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development. Hands-on experience with bidding portals and lead generation strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. Number of qualified leads generated monthly. Proposal-to-deal closure ratio. Revenue targets achieved. Client satisfaction at onboarding stage. Timely and accurate handover to the execution team.
Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in Digital Marketing Services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring seamless client onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing Solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
