We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and drive business within our Life Insurance Agency Channel . This role is for a leader who can provide strategic direction to a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy agency distribution base.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy : Provide strong leadership by clearly communicating the company's vision and objectives. Offer direct support to team members with channel expertise, product knowledge, and strategic market advice.
- Performance Management : Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create developmental plans.
- Sales & Team Management : Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. This includes daily leadership, motivating the team, and monitoring progress. Ensure high agency quality and manage the sales process from lead generation to business conversion.
- Recruitment : Identify and recruit top Financial Consultants (FCs) from the market and develop them into Business Leaders (BLs) to expand the distribution network.
Required Candidate Profile
Education : A graduate degree is a must.Experience : Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.Skills : Must have a strong track record of success and stability.Communication : Proficiency in English and the local language is required.Skills Required
