About the Role :
We are looking for a seasoned Retention Marketing Manager with deep expertise in customer lifecycle management to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty for our B2C app business. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to design and execute impactful campaigns that improve customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding through retention, engagement, and reactivation.
- Plan, design, and execute multi-channel campaigns via CleverTap / WebEngage / MoEngage to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Segment users effectively and develop personalized communication journeys to maximize impact.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
- Experiment with new ideas, A / B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
Must-Have Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in retention marketing / customer lifecycle management for B2C app businesses.Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Great to Have :
Prior experience in the Insurance industry.2+ years experience working with attribution and analytics tools such as Appsflyer, MixPanel, and Google Analytics.Strong understanding of customer psychology, behavioral segmentation, and user journey optimization.Why Join Us?
