Highly skilled and experienced Senior developer on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to lead our enterprise-grade implementation, customization, and CI / CD initiatives across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building scalable solutions using Power Platform, while also exploring and evaluating new Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Marketing, and Business Central to support evolving business need

Technical Skills :

• Own the design, and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Drive delivery of complex D365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central), ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Exploratory skills to customize and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform and Azure components as needed
• Ensure data model alignment, dataflows, and transformations are optimized for performance and scalability
• Integrate D365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and connectors.
• Maintain multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with governance best practices
• Establish and manage CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform and D365 using Platform pipelines or Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to propose proof-of-concepts and drive adoption of new modules
