Kanoo Elite - MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV). You will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and support Business Central in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and Business Central capabilities.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Projects, etc.).
• Create functional specification documents for customization or integration requirements.
• Perform system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver customized solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing,

training, and support.
