Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, with 4 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with overseas clients.

The candidate should have successfully led at least 10 full lifecycle Business Central implementation projects.

This role requires strong expertise in Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Modules, along with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

The position involves occasional travel across the Middle East and other regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and prepare functional design documents.
Provide expertise across Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Management modules.
Configure Business Central modules based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful go-lives.
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Work with cross-functional teams across geographies including Middle East clients.

Required Qualifications :

Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Commerce (preferred).

6 years plus of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with overseas clients.

Proven experience as a Lead Consultant in at least 10 full lifecycle Business Central projects.

Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Modules.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and lead functional teams.

Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and other regions.

Availability to join within 30 to 45 days from offer acceptance.

Location & Travel :

Base Location : Chennai, India Travel : Required across the Middle East and other regions as per project needs
