We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of LS Retail, which will be considered an added :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Perform data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Business Central and LS Retail modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and usage of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes and functional areas within the retail industry.
• Knowledge of LS Retail will be considered an added advantage.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing Business Central using extensions, AL language, and C / SIDE.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
