Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and build a world-class hiring engine. In this role, you'll partner with senior leadership, mentor a team of recruiters, and drive initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and staffing priorities
• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Use data and analytics to improve quality of hire and time-to-fill
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
• Enhance our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Leverage ATS / HR tech to streamline and innovate recruitment
