Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Skills and Qualifications
1-9 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems.Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Skills Required
