Key Responsibilities :
- Product Listings & Catalog Management :
- Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, company website).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Optimize listings for search visibility and conversions (SEO best practices).
- Order & Inventory Management :
- Monitor daily sales, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track stock levels and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Marketing & Promotions :
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- Work with the digital marketing team to drive traffic via email, SEO, paid ads, and social media.
- Manage promotions and sponsored ads on platforms like Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Platform & Vendor Coordination :
- Liaise with e-commerce platform account managers and external vendors as needed.
- Resolve issues related to payments, listings, returns, or policy compliance.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track sales data, traffic, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and Excel.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Analyze customer reviews and feedback to improve the online experience.
Requirements :
Educational Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.Experience :1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales management.Hands-on experience with major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).Skills :Strong knowledge of e-commerce backend operations and digital tools.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools.Familiarity with online marketing tactics and SEO basics.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with marketplaces and D2C websites.Understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, etc.Knowledge of product photography, content writing, or graphic design is a plus.Skills Required
