Projekt Street is India's first multi-brand concept store dedicated entirely to streetwear culture . Located in the heart of Kala Ghoda, Mumbai , the store serves as a creative hub for fashion-forward individuals who appreciate authenticity, craftsmanship, and urban expression.

Established in 2023 , Projekt Street was built with a vision to redefine the Indian fashion landscape by bringing together some of the most exciting and emerging streetwear labels under one roof. Today, it proudly houses over 17+ Indian streetwear brands , offering a carefully curated selection of apparel, accessories, perfumes, and jewellery that reflect the evolving identity of India's street culture.

At its core, Projekt Street stands for community, creativity, and quality . Each brand featured in the store tells a unique story — one rooted in individuality, rebellion, and self-expression. By curating diverse pieces from across the country, Projekt Street aims to make high-quality, design-driven streetwear accessible to a wider audience , while also introducing new consumers to the dynamic and ever-growing streetwear scene in India .

Role Description

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by staying well-informed about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Assist and engage with customers by answering inquiries and offering product information and styling advice when needed.
  • Guide customers through the store by escorting them to specific racks, counters, or product sections.
  • Record and update customer information to build and maintain accurate sales and profile records.
  • Handle financial transactions efficiently, including billing, processing payments through cash, credit, or debit cards, and issuing receipts.
  • Stay alert to potential security concerns and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Support inventory operations by assisting in receiving, organising, and restocking merchandise.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by informing clients about exclusive sales, upcoming collections, and new arrivals that match their preferences.
  • Help the customers to style different products.

Qualifications

  • Street Smart Sales skills.
  • Well-groomed and has an interest in wearing streetwear clothing.
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).
  • Actively involved in managing and updating inventory reports .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience , preferably in Retail, FMCG, or F&B industries .
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Working Hours :

  • 6 days a week and 1 weekly off
  • 8.5-hour shift
