Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring quality and food safety standards for Staples (Rice, Pulses, Atta, Spices, etc.) at warehouse / processing locations in line with FSSAI and BigBasket guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks for raw, in-process, and finished products.

Monitor packaging, hygiene, and storage conditions.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and GHP standards.

Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualification & Experience

B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology or related field.

QA / QC in FMCG (Staples preferred).

Experience – 1 – 6 years
