About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build high-quality prospect lists and run outbound email and LinkedIn motions that convert into warm inbound conversations. You’ll own research, enrichment, light personalisation, sending, and handoffs.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect Research : Identify target accounts and relevant decision-makers.
- List Build & Enrich : Find accurate emails / roles; dedupe, validate, and segment lists.
- Campaign Prep : Set up sequences, personalise at scale, and schedule sends.
- Outreach Execution : Manage daily email & LinkedIn outreach; route positive replies

What You Bring
2+ years in B2B lead generation or outbound (email + LinkedIn).Strong web research skills; comfortable finding contacts and verifying data.Hands-on with CRM and outreach tools; spreadsheet proficiency.Clear written English; concise, value-led messaging.Detail orientation, organisation, and persistence.Ability to work independently with partial US-hours overlap.Nice to Have
Experience with data vendors and validation tools.Familiarity with deliverability (domains, warm-up, inbox health).Basic automation skills (e.g., CSV workflows, simple scripts).Success Metrics
