Vice President - Performance Marketing (Urgent Search)

Job descriptionCreating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan Own the strategy for all media : paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) from conception to execution. Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns. Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results Analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities. Drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analyzing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization. Be the point of contact with our digital media agency. Lead, motivate and grow the team and share expertise to improve and better the growth of the brand
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Should have attention to details
- Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
- 6-8 years performance marketing experience where D2C performance management activities have been managed and has worked on high budget (100 Cr+) brands, 2-3 years in an agency and 4-5 years in a consumer focused brand
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / external agencies
- Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
- Strong creative sensibilities
- High ownership and passion
- Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
