Role Overview
The AVP – Marketing will head the marketing function end-to-end, overseeing performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, creative design, video production, LinkedIn & social media marketing, corporate branding, and workshops. This role is both strategic and execution-driven, requiring a leader who can craft vision, lead teams, and deliver measurable business results.
You will manage a 15-member high-performing team and be responsible for developing and implementing brand-building, digital growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Define and execute a holistic marketing roadmap aligned with Fincart’s business and growth objectives
- Position Fincart as a thought leader in financial planning, wealth management, and digital advisory services
- Drive brand storytelling, PR, corporate communications, and high-impact campaigns to build trust and credibility
- Represent marketing in leadership forums and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives
- Build strategic alliances with industry partners, influencers, and ecosystem enablers
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead ROI-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsAppBuild and own integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, and influencer collaborationsLeverage marketing automation, CRM, and personalization to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversionsContinuously monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum business impact.Content, Creative & Communication
