SAP SuccessFactors EC_Strada Global_Hyderabad

Main Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, build, and maintain the SuccessFactors module
• Estimate time required for project tasks and deliverables
• Adapt and parametrize the solution to meet business requirements
• Resolve complexity issues related to the functional environment of the application
• Perform thorough testing to ensure the accuracy of the implemented SuccessFactors module
• Provide support to clients and onshore counterparts regarding the functioning of the application
• Address new identified needs and adapt the solution as required
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production)
• Solve medium-complexity problems related to the application environment using functional knowledge of system parameters and legislation
• Perform unit testing and document testing results and evidence
• Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements and present new features to stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders to continuously improve support processes and the quality of user experience
• Ensure proper testing documentation is captured and stored
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes and overall user experience
• Present new features to stakeholders and validate their relevance and effectiveness
