Main Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, build, and maintain the SuccessFactors module
- Estimate time required for project tasks and deliverables
- Adapt and parametrize the solution to meet business requirements
- Resolve complexity issues related to the functional environment of the application
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the accuracy of the implemented SuccessFactors module
- Provide support to clients and onshore counterparts regarding the functioning of the application
- Address new identified needs and adapt the solution as required
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production)
- Solve medium-complexity problems related to the application environment using functional knowledge of system parameters and legislation
- Perform unit testing and document testing results and evidence
- Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements and present new features to stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders to continuously improve support processes and the quality of user experience
- Ensure proper testing documentation is captured and stored
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and overall user experience
- Present new features to stakeholders and validate their relevance and effectiveness
Qualifications :
Any graduate degreeCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory), with experience in at least one additional module such as ONB, RCM, LMS, etc.Hands-on experience with MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and WorkflowsExperience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practicesImplementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors modulesPreferred Candidate Profile :
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certifiedExperience with additional modules like ONB, RCM, LMS, etc.Strong understanding of configuration, implementation, and testing in SuccessFactorsSkills Required
