Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant PMGM, Compensation & LMS
Experience : 6 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) including form templates, route maps, and calibration processes.
- Design and implement Compensation Management covering bonus / merit planning, pay ranges, compensation cycles, and variable pay calculations.
- Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) including item, curriculum, and program structures, learning assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Middle East training regulations and standards.
- Configure and manage Career Development Planning (CDP) and employee development plans.
- Lead and support at least three full-cycle implementations for each module (PMGM, Compensation, LMS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.Hands-on expertise in PMGM, Compensation, LMS, and CDP.Strong functional knowledge of compensation structures, variable pay, and performance management best practices.Experience in learning administration and compliance management (especially Middle East).Proven track record of 3+ end-to-end implementations across modules.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (PMGM, Compensation, and LMS) is mandatory.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
