We are now building a Meta Click-toWhatsApp Sales Funnel Team — and we’re looking for a high-agency Team Leader who can takethis from zero to one and scale it into a revenue-driving powerhouse.What You’ll Do
- Funnel Creation & Strategy◦ Build Meta Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns from scratch with clear funnel stages(ad → click → conversation → conversion).◦ Design journeys and playbooks for different customer personas (first-time buyers,retargeting, high-value buyers).◦ Define KPIs like CPL, reply rates, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Team Building & Leadership◦ Hire, train, and lead a team of WhatsApp sales agents and creatives.◦ Build SOPs for conversation scripts, follow-up cadences, and funnel optimization.◦ Coach the team on sales psychology, objection handling, and chat etiquette.
- Optimization & Growth◦ Continuously analyze funnel performance (ad copy, targeting, chat-to-sale ratio).◦ Run experiments on automation vs. human-led chats, creative variations, andresponse timings.◦ Work with marketing and product teams to align offers, creatives, and promotionswith funnel flow.◦ Scale winning funnels across categories, campaigns, and festive pushes.What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in performance marketing / Meta Ads / CTWA campaigns.
- Proven ability to design and optimize funnels (from scratch to scale).
- Understanding of D2C consumer behavior, WhatsApp sales dynamics, andconversational commerce.
- Past leadership experience (managing a small sales or performance team) is a plus.
- Strong with numbers — ability to track KPIs, optimize based on data, and communicateresults clearly.
- High agency, entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in unstructured 0 → 1 environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp Business API, CRMtools (Zoho, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.).What We Offer
