Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and proactive

HR Executive

to support our expanding operations in over 5 States in India. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior HR team in managing daily HR activities, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives while upholding the company’s values and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, induction, and employee life cycle management

Maintain HR documentation and assist with policy implementation

Draft and manage official communication and professional emails

Support employee engagement programs and internal event organisation

Uphold company standards, discipline, and team synergy across departments

Foster a positive, humble, and performance-driven workplace environment

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Human Resources or a related function

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

Strong

professional email writing

and presentation abilities

Effective

organisational and managerial

skills

A true

team player

with a kind and humble approach

The company strictly follows a

Probation Period : 3 months
