Job descriptionIdentify opportunities for automation within finance and compliance processes. Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation tools. Drive the adoption of digital technologies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the process of reengineering initiatives. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes and automation. Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes. Use data analysis tools to identify trends, measure process performance, and generate insights to inform decision-making. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process improvement initiatives.
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing and analysing existing finance and compliance business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving the implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations.
Key Analysis and Design :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current finance and compliance processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualize and understand the current state.
- Design and implement process improvements to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
