• Banking exposure - Fund Raising , preparation of proposals
• Excel functions - NPV, IRR, Average Maturity
• Balance sheet understanding , analysis, calculation of ratios, working capital, covenants.
• Working capital - Calculation MPBF(CMA data) , Drawing Power
• Power Point - Presentations , updates , MIS
• Corporate funding, Managing Unit Funding, Issuance of Letter of Credit and Other Trade Finance Operations along with Treasury operations.
• Financial Modelling, Making Business Plan & Projections for New Proposals along with Financial Planning
• Bank relationship- Liaisoning with various Bankers & Financial Institutions
• Preparation of CMA data, stock statements for appraisal of working capital limits.
• Debt Monitoring for Monthly Interest & Debt Repayments
• IRR Calculation
• Loan O / s details
• Banking Compliance -Fema, Trade, UCFE, Due Diligence reports etc
• Handling Vendor DD, Valuations etc
• Rating Exercise
