Job Summary :

The General Manager Operations, Sales and Business Development will oversee the end-to end management of facility services operations and lead the business development strategy to drive revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in facilities management, client servicing, and operational excellence, coupled with a strong sales orientation to generate new business opportunities.

Key Management :

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple facility management sites to ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping, technical services, security, and other support functions.
• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and vendor performance to achieve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality standards.
