Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee and manage HR strategies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and creating policies to enhance workplace culture. The role also involves providing leadership training, managing benefits, and ensuring procedures align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning strategies

Strong skills in performance management, employee relations, and team development

Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy formulation

Experience in employee training, engagement initiatives, and benefits administration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment

Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage HR operations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an advantage)

Prior experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries
