We are seeking a proactive and strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager (HR Manager) to join our client's dynamic team through Acme Services . This pivotal role is responsible for executing the overall Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function, focusing on top talent identification, development, and new HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage C&B administration, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), and Performance Management System (PMS) initiatives, supporting the HR team to ensure optimal business performance and an exceptional employee experience within a continuously evolving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall C&B Management : Execute the Overall C&B function , including administration for all employees, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Talent Identification & Development : Focus on Top talent identification and development strategies to enable the business to perform and scale up effectively.
- HR Initiatives & PMS : Drive and support new HR initiatives , specifically taking ownership of PMS (Performance Management System) initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Grievance Resolution : Take ownership of resolving employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
- HR Team Support : Support the HR team in various operational and strategic assignments , contributing to the overall effective functioning of the department.
- Business Alignment : Demonstrate a good understanding of Human Resource fundamentals and their application , coupled with the ability to understand business nuances and operate proactively to align HR efforts with business goals.
- Standards & Compliance : Maintain the standards and adhere to the guidelines set by the HR team and the company, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Time Management & Prioritization : Effectively manage responsibilities and priorities in a time-bound environment , delivering results efficiently.
- Stakeholder Interaction : Possess the ability to interact with various stakeholders in the ecosystem , building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Team Collaboration : Function as a strong Team player , capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and, when required, can wear a business hat at times to provide broader support.
