We’re Hiring : Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS)

Location : Hyderabad | Experience : 15+ years

At Brillio , we partner with global enterprises to accelerate digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS) to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT—driving standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards. You will manage procurement and finance processes, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between local business SPOCs / vendors and central IT.

Ensure local IT services (internet, telecom, printers, etc.) are standardized under corporate control.

Oversee procurement processes, ensuring PRs / POs are created and processed accurately.

Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.

Ensure compliance with local / regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.

Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.

Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.

Act as the escalation point for SPOCs facing complex IT / service challenges.

Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.

Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR / PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).

Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).

Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).

Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.

Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.

Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Preferred

Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM / FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows.

ITIL certification.

Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
