Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Support
- Support the sales team in achieving South India sales targets for FY 2025-26
- Ensure optimal chemical consumption with 95% usage compliance as per purchase orders
- Achieve all defined KPIs and limit performance penalties to below 1% of contract value for each customer
Customer Retention & Satisfaction
Maintain a minimum of 95% customer retention through effective treatment performanceConduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys covering at least 80% of existing clientsImplement corrective actions through regular technical audits, performance reviews, and onsite trainingTechnical Development & Troubleshooting
Drive sales growth through identification and implementation of new applicationsDevelop one technically capable person in each region for application and troubleshooting of CWT, BWT, RO, and WTP systemsProvide training to new joiners, Site In-Charges (SIC), and Area Technical Services (ATS) staffSystem Implementation & Reporting
Ensure effective implementation of Chembond FLUX system with timely and accurate data entrySubmit monthly technical and performance reports to customers within the first week of each month, with communication backed by email evidenceBehavioural Profile
