Role : AVP - Marketing Communication
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven AVP - Marketing Communication with 512 years of experience to lead and execute the brand's comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy from Mumbai City.
This Senior Leadership role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and preference amongst the target audience.
The AVP will combine cutting-edge digital marketing expertise with critical responsibilities in risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership within the organization.
Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :
Digital and Social Media Strategy :
- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned directly with the Bank's brand objectives and business goals.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, display, email, social).
- Oversee the creation and execution of engaging social media content, incorporating advanced tactics such as trend jacking, use of topical days, moment marketing trends, and testing new platform innovations.
Performance Analysis and Optimization :
Monitor social media performance, covering both organic and paid initiatives, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and spend.Analyze integrated digital campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization across channels.Leverage technology and AI tools to automate routine tasks and gain deeper, predictive insights into campaign performance.Conduct regular experiments and A / B tests to continuously test new strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.Brand Management and Creative Collaboration :
Oversee the management of all brand pages and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all social media platforms through collaboration with multiple internal teams.Collaborate closely with creative teams (internal and external) to develop compelling, high-impact campaign creatives and assets.Risk, Compliance, and Governance :
Manage social media metrics, reputation, and sentiment score, proactively flagging and mitigating risks that could negatively impact the brand's public image.Ensure timely completion of tasks related to compliance with government bodies and industry regulations.Monitor internal risks and controls for the brand team on a monthly basis, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.Coordinate with members of the brand team, regional team, and other departments (HR, GPS) for annual risk assessment exercises.Maintain the Reputation Risk scorecard, ensuring timely updates from the team and adherence to all requirements.Collaborate closely with Risk and Audit teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and achieve satisfactory internal ratings.Ideal Candidate Requirements :
Proven Experience : 512 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media strategy and execution.Technical Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including platform features, algorithms, ad mechanics, and best practices.Performance Tracking : Expert proficiency in performance tracking and monitoring tools (e.g., social listening tools, analytics platforms).Data-Driven : Demonstrated ability to translate raw performance data into strategic, actionable recommendations for optimization.Compliance Mindset : Strong awareness of and experience with corporate compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls relevant to marketing.Location & Experience
