Roles and Responsibilities
Manage sales performance of the zone, achieving targets set by company management.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through distributor handling and retail channel development.
Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts.
Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders on sales activities, forecasts, and issues.
Oversee ROI calculation for marketing campaigns and analyze results to optimize spend.
Desired Candidate Profile
10-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in General Trade Sales (GTS), Distributor Handling, Personal Care products.
MBA / PGDM degree from a reputed institution; relevant certifications like NISM would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative approaches such as ROI Calculation & OTC Sales.
