Job Overview

The Business Development Executive (Fresher level) will play an instrumental role in driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the financial services sector. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Erode, and Tiruppur, offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in a reputable and expanding organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) : Ability to identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads to increase the customer base.
  • Market Research (Mandatory skill) : Proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing market data to recognize emerging business opportunities.
  • Business Communication (Mandatory skill) : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Service : Capability to address client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.
  • Customer Follow-Up : Regularly following up with existing and prospective customers to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategy : Understanding and implementing marketing tactics to support business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to quickly learn and implement new strategies in response to market changes.

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels to generate new business leads for the organization.
  • Perform thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for informed decision-making.
  • Engage professionally with prospective and existing clients to present the companys diversified financial solutions.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive client database to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to cultivate long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement marketing campaigns aimed at business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market research findings, and business development initiatives for management review.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually update knowledge of financial products and market developments.
