Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, setting up tracking and analytics, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI. The role also includes preparing performance reports, identifying insights, and collaborating with design and content teams to develop high-impact marketing assets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, requiring close coordination with the internal team and active participation in strategy discussions.
