Role Summary :
We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads via telephone calls. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base, understanding market dynamics, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to convert them into clients where leads generated by Marketing Team
Handle full sales cycle over phone : pitching, objections, follow-ups, and closing
Maintain and update CRM with call records, sales data, and customer feedback
Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, offers, and product launches
Achieve monthly / quarterly targets and contribute to business growth strategies
Leadership to Manage the Team
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or related sectors.

Strong telephone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent negotiation skills; results and target-oriented
Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting sales metrics
Self-motivated, disciplined, able to work independently and Good Leadership Skills
Any Graduate degree.
