We have been mandated by one of our client for this requirement.They are into large-format printing, signage, and display systems business. Some key features of what they offer :

  • They handle printing on diverse surfaces , rigid and flexible substrates : e.g. wood, acrylic, PVC, aluminium composite panels (ACP), glass, fabrics (canvas, polyester, cotton), vinyl, etc.
  • Their printing technologies include solvent, eco-solvent, UV flatbed printing, high-resolution photo printing.
  • They do indoor signage (ACP panels, vinyl, specialty papers, acrylic etc.)
  • Also outdoor signage : LED channel letters, backlit signs, hoardings, etc.
  • Custom design + installation : they engage in the full cycle from design to installation.
  • They count many major Indian corporations among their clients : Vodafone, Levi’s, Asian Paints, Tata Tea, Reliance Retail, Bosch, ACC Cements, Infosys, Microsoft, Titan, etc.
  • Their clientele includes advertising agencies, architects, interior decorators, business houses, etc.

Role Description

Role Overview

  • Manage client relationships and track customer orders.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Improve customer retention and manage enquiries using CRM tools.
  • Customer Data Management

  • Maintain and update a list of current and recent customers.
  • Coordinate with teams to classify customer types.
  • Track all past and ongoing jobs.
  • Capture and track new enquiries and leads.
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for accurate data.
  • Customer Interaction & Support

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Share customer briefs with internal teams.
  • Send professional quotes and log confirmed orders.
  • Respond to client queries and provide regular updates.
  • Identify and upsell relevant services or products.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Align with project management on timelines.
  • Clearly communicate client needs to production and design teams.
  • Use systems to reference prior jobs for quality and continuity.
  • Support team delivery for high customer satisfaction
  • Location : Koramangala

    Mode of work : WFO

    Working Hours : 10 : 00am to 6 : 00pm / Mon to Sat
