Job descriptionLead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. Implement and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery. Develop and execute a framework for regular engagement with customers to share thought leadership and industry insights. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform for business transformation. Manage a portfolio of customers and accounts, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. Track and report on project performance, revenue, and margins across the portfolio. Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities for delivery-led growth. Drive growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on delivery outcomes. Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align delivery capabilities with customer needs.
