We are a leading software development company in the IoT and AI space, seeking a highly experienced Sr. Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale projects, drive governance across multiple teams, and ensure business outcomes are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage 40–100 team members, primarily in software services under fixed-bid models, with some exposure to support, operations, and TnM.
• Oversee 6–8 projects simultaneously, ensuring scalable frameworks for governance and delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong control over scope , schedule , cost , and quality across all projects via project managers.
• Track and measure project progress, driving corrective actions where necessary to ensure outcomes remain on track.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program-level risks effectively.
• Drive mature client reporting and stakeholder communication through transparency and structured updates.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes , standards, and frameworks.
• Bring strong IT services delivery expertise, with a career foundation as a developer.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across multiple projects.
• Deliver large-scale engagements with accountability for governance, performance, and client satisfaction.
