Job Summary :
Pansoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of total experience, with 3-8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM.
You will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain solutions, with a deep understanding of both Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
A techno-functional background with a strong grasp of integrations, data migration, and reporting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementations & Enhancements :
- Lead and execute workshops to document detailed business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Configure core Fusion SCM modules, including BPM approvals and document styles.
- Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions for P2P (Requisition - PO - Receipt - Invoice hand-off) and O2C (Item - Order - Ship - Invoice hand-off).
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and cutover / hypercare support.
Support & Maintenance :
Provide L2 / L3 incident / problem management with in-depth root cause analysis and drive Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle.Plan and execute regression testing for quarterly updates, including impact analysis and communicating new features to the business.Migrations & Integrations :
Lead data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to Fusion using FBDI / ADFdi for key objects like Suppliers, Items, and open Purchase Orders.Design and validate complex integrations with systems like WMS, finance / AP, and legacy ERPs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST / SOAP APIs, or file-based methods.Technical & Reporting :
Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.Configure security, including custom job / duty roles and data security.Utilize SQL for data analysis and use tools like Postman / Swagger for API testing.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Experience :
5-12+ years of total experience, with 3-8+ years on Fusion SCM.Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and 1 migration (EBS - Fusion or equivalent).Technical Proficiency :
Expertise in core modules :
Procurement (Self Service, Purchasing, Sourcing), Inventory & Cost Management, Order Management (OM), and Product Management (PIM / PDH).Strong hands-on skills in BPM approvals, FBDI / ADFdi, OTBI / BIP, REST / SOAP APIs.Solid process knowledge of P2P and O2C.Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting.Professional Attributes :
Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.An ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.Preferred Skills :
Prior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM exposure (PO, iProc, INV, OM).Experience with OIC adapters, PIM extensibility (Application Composer), or light VBCS UI extensions.Exposure to other modules like Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Global Order Promising (GOP).Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM.Experience in the GCC industry or with e-invoicing / government integrations.(ref : hirist.tech)
