Core Responsibilities.
We are looking for a Website Product Manager – Frontend who will own the look, feel, and performance of our website. This role is responsible for managing the frontend user experience, content strategy, feature launches, personalization, and A / B testing with a strong focus on driving engagement and conversion.

Core Responsibilities
1. Frontend Product Ownership
- Define and own the website frontend roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Drive UI / UX improvements to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent experience across devices.
- Partner with tech / design teams to deliver fast, responsive, and user-friendly pages.
1. Content & Creative Strategy
Manage and oversee all website content updates — banners, landing pages, PLP / CLP / HP updates, product launches, and campaign rollouts.Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for engagement and conversions.Own the content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.1. Feature Launches & Experimentation
Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement (e.g., improved CLP sorting, dynamic landing pages, interactive modules).Drive personalization initiatives (custom user journeys, product recommendations, homepage variations).Plan and execute A / B and multivariate tests to optimize layouts, content placements, and new features.Track outcomes of experiments and scale successful initiatives.1. Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor website KPIs : load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.Continuously improve frontend performance and user experience based on data and testing outcomes.1. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize frontend features and improvements.Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in all website decisions.Key Metrics of Success
Website performance : +10–15% improvement in speed and responsiveness.Campaign execution : 100% on-time rollout of content and creative updates.Engagement uplift : Increase CTR and session duration through new features and personalization.Conversion impact : Measurable uplift in CVR via A / B testing and UX improvements.Experimentation cadence : At least 2 experiments per month with documented learnings.
