Role Overview :
We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive who will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Drive sales through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and retention targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.What We Offer :
