Role Overview :

We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive who will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Drive sales through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and retention targets.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
