Role & responsibilities
Lead all HR functions at a manufacturing plant, aligning HR strategy with operational
goals. Focus areas include workforce planning, industrial relations, compliance,
fostering culture, and employee safety which will help in enhancing productivity,
retention, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with plant performance, safety,
and business objectives.
Collaborate with plant leadership to forecast workforce needs, successionplanning, and organisational structure.
Employee RelationsHandle all grievances related to employees and day to day operationsHandle disciplinary actions, grievances, and disciplinary investigations,legal cases professionally and timely.
Talent Acquisition & On-boardingResponsible for talent acquisition of blue and white collared, contractual,retainers as and when required
Decide the appropriate strategy for sourcing candidatesPlan and oversee recruitment and induction for blue- and white-collarroles; maintain talent pipelines and campus outreach.
HR Operations, MIS & ComplianceResponsible for roll out of appointment letters / offer letters / confirmationprocess
Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for recordpurpose
Maintain an updated employee databaseLeave & attendance administrationEnsure error free Payroll administration within timelines of monthly payrollcycle
Ensure statutory deductions, loans, advances are made as per theprevailing law & companys policy
Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrolment,withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF, Mediclaim etc
Handling of Termination Case (Resignation Acceptance Letter, FnF)Generate timely MIS and ReportsManage HRIS data, audits, and accurate reportingEmployee Engagement & CultureDrive engagement programsshop floor events, wellness, recognition,and regular HR presence onsite.
