About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing Green Card and US Citizen candidates for contract positions (W2 only) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for SAP-related roles and a proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify GC and USC candidates for contract roles on W2 across various SAP modules (e.G., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offer closures.
Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS / CRM) with accuracy and consistency.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT recruitment focused on W2 contracting .
Strong experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders (no C2C or H1B).
Prior experience sourcing and closing SAP consultants across various modules.
Proficiency in using job portals like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with staffing agencies or consulting firms serving U.S. clients.
Knowledge of compliance, rate structures, and onboarding for W2 contracts .
Familiarity with VMS systems and working with prime vendors or MSPs .
