Field Sales Executive – B2C & Society Campaigns

Key Responsibilities :
Drive
B2C sales
through direct customer interactions.
Plan & execute
society campaigns, community activations, and on-ground events
to maximize outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in residential societies and local communities.
Meet & exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
Gather customer insights to help improve products and campaigns.
Ideal Candidate : 1–10 years of
field sales experience
with a proven track record in
B2C sales .
Hands-on experience in running
society campaigns / residential activations .
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground sales.
Prior experience in
FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, or Consumer Services
preferred.
