Job Summary :
The Associate Vice President – Sales & Distribution is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sales and distribution functions by providing accurate financial insights, reporting, and cash flow management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
- Develop and implement tracking methods for revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
- Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data related to company operations.
- Create and maintain a reliable cash flow projection process, including establishing a minimum cash threshold for operational needs.
- Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and proactively address issues affecting overall performance.
- Ensure company compliance with local and federal regulatory requirements.
- Support sales and distribution teams with financial insights to optimize operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for financial and operational efficiency.
