Position Overview :
MoneyKarma is seeking an accomplished and visionary Associate Vice President (AVP) / Deputy Vice President (DVP) Business Development to lead its strategic growth initiatives. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai, focused on scaling the companys market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business development, sales leadership, and strategic partnerships, along with a passion for the Fintech ecosystem and a proven ability to deliver measurable business results in a competitive market.
Key Strategy & Growth :
- Develop and execute robust business development strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business verticals, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions.
Partnerships & Alliances :
Build and nurture relationships with banks, NBFCs, Fintech partners, and other financial institutions.Drive strategic alliances that enhance MoneyKarmas product offerings and market penetration.Negotiate high-value contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.Sales & Revenue Generation :
Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.Design and implement performance metrics and KPIs for the business development team.Optimize the sales funnel and customer acquisition strategies for maximum efficiency.Leadership & Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.Foster a results-driven culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure strategic alignment.Client Relationship Management :
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction levels.Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market intelligence.Represent MoneyKarma at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.Key Requirements :
Experience : 10-15 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Partnership Management within Fintech, BFSI, or related sectors.Education : MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field from a reputed institution.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.Strong network within the banking, financial services, and Fintech ecosystem.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth environment.Why Join MoneyKarma? :
