Job Description for AVP / VP / Team Lead / Associate Director : Franchise Onboarding Role
Key Establish new strategic partnerships with companies
- Drive revenue through existing onboarded projects.
- Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
- Implement effective hiring strategies and manage attrition effectively.
- Identify and engage potential partners to strategically expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Offer guidance and support to partners during the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges they may face.
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding and partnership processes
- Monitor key performance indicators related to partner onboarding and network expansion, leveraging data to fuel ongoing improvements.
- Oversee P&L management, ensuring that Sales and Marketing expenses (Customer Acquisition Cost) are around 25% while maintaining a minimum profit margin of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business / franchise partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills
