Job descriptionDevelop original campaign concepts tailored to clients brand goals, audience, and platform dynamics. Craft compelling narratives and briefs for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging. Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from ideation to execution, including influencer selection, content themes, and distribution plans while ensuring there's synergy between what's planned and what's being executed. Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, pitch ideas, and refine strategies based on feedback. Present creative concepts and campaign plans to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Partner with internal teams (accounts, production, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that meets both brand and creator objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future 2+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising. Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer-led campaigns. Strong storytelling and conceptual skills with an eye for visually engaging content. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors. Ability to interpret data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively. Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and Capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
