Manager Creative Strategist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet brand and campaign goals.
• Research the clients' industry and their audience (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
• Write clear marketing copy / creative content in terms of pitch and post copies, case study content, etc., to promote the products / services.
• Assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects.
• Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts, taglines, and slogans that align with the clients' marketing objectives.
• Tailor your writing style to suit different brands, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to create integrated and impactful advertising campaigns.
• Review and approve copy and creative materials to ensure they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Lead and inspire a team of creative strategists, copywriters, and content creators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous growth and development.
• Create and maintain a strong team culture and a feeling of belonging among the copywriters.
