- Lead the development of earned-first creative strategies for key client accounts, ensuring they are both culturally and brand-relevant

Client Partnership and Servicing Support :
Collaborate with client servicing teams to develop comprehensive outreach strategies across earned, owned, and paid channelsPresent strategic recommendations to senior clients with confidence and clarity, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and communications needsNew Business Development :
Support high-value pitch opportunities with creative insights, ideas and planningCross-functional Collaboration :Collaborate with Bursons PR, digital, creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and deliver cohesive and compelling creative campaignsFacilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of creativityMentor junior team members in strategic thinking and planningTrend Analysis and Insights :
Keep up to date with developments across earned, owned and paid channels in order to make the best use of them in client campaignsStay abreast of cultural, social and consumer trends to inform strategic planning and decision-makingExperience That Contributes To Success
Minimum 12 years of experience in creative strategy and brands with a focused development on earned-first, 'PRable' ideasExperience in a leading PR, digital, or creative agency is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to our clients C-suiteStrong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic planning tools and frameworksMulti-sector experience across tech, healthcare, BFSI, enterprise services, lifestyle, and entertainmentProven track record of award-winning campaign development in India7Skills Required
