Monitor stock levels and coordinate with head office for replenishment.Conduct regular stock audits and verify physical stock with system records.Prevent stock losses and ensure secure handling of gold, diamonds, and gemstones.4. Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff.Assign duties and monitor staff performance.Conduct daily briefings and sales reviews.Maintain discipline, grooming, and adherence to brand policies.5. Compliance and Security
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.Supervise implementation of safety and security measures (CCTV, gold handling, etc.).Maintain compliance with statutory and audit requirements.6. Reporting and Coordination
Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and share with management.Coordinate with marketing, finance, and HR departments for store needs.Provide customer insights and feedback to improve business performance.7. Marketing and Promotion
