Role Overview

The Senior Store Manager will lead the GK-1 flagship outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, sales performance, and brand representation . This role requires a strong mix of luxury retail management, people leadership, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience

Drive monthly and annual sales targets with a strong focus on conversion and upselling.
Build strong client relationships, manage VIP clientele, and ensure a luxury service experience.
Implement clienteling practices (database management, follow-ups, personal invites for launches).

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

Oversee daily operations including inventory control, billing, stock reconciliation, and reporting.

Ensure global-standard visual merchandising and brand presentation.

Coordinate with HO for replenishments, product launches, and in-store events.

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales KPIs.

Manage roster, performance appraisals, and staff discipline in line with brand values.

Build a culture of ownership and accountability.

Business & Reporting

Track sales performance, analyze trends, and share weekly / monthly reports with management.

Manage costs, control shrinkage, and optimize store profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven track record of 5–8 years in luxury / premium retail store management (fashion, lifestyle, or home décor).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement and retention .

Business acumen : ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies.

Passion for luxury lifestyle, design, and customer-centric retailing .
