Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Being a natural problem solver - approaching challenges with creativity, initiative, and persistence to find effective solutions that benefit the team and organization.
• Taking ownership of obtaining certification compliances by coordinating with certificate authorities, the technical team, and the presales team.
• Developing a thorough understanding of business processes end to end and formalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Providing ongoing process optimization, constructive feedback, and analysis reports to management to help refine overall strategy and drive sales improvement.
• Assisting in setting up the Learning Management System and contributing to developing training content and frameworks.
• Supporting sales team activities by managing transactional processes, lead assignment, opportunity tracking, and maintaining accurate sales data for analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach by taking on additional responsibilities as required by evolving business priorities.
